But Britney Spears' lucky streak ran out on Wednesday evening as the blonde bombshell twisted her ankle while dancing onstage at her Piece Of Me show at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

The 33-year-old was jumping around while singing the 1999 hit (You Drive Me) Crazy.

'Thank you for all of the sweet wishes! Had a little scare on stage tonight with my ankle but I'm ok!' the beauty tweeted soon after.
